Finally today I had time to call in to get this straightened out. And it got worse! 34 minutes on the phone. The first person in India couldn't help me, account is locked. No surprise there! Second person is in US and tried multiple ways to break in to my account using all my phone numbers, email address and previously secret password. No luck on any of those attempts. I was then transferred to what was supposed to be tech support to trouble shoot the issue with the website. Only when that person answered the phone he said that I had been transferred to the wrong department and he couldn't help me. He promised to personally call ahead to make sure I didn't get bounced around and more and that my call would go to the correct department. When the phone transferred again I was back in India! And the worst part of it was they couldn't hear a damn thing I was saying. They kept asking me to speak up. After shouting that I was locked out of my online account it was deja vu. Same requests for information that the first call center asked me for more than 30 minutes ago. I was back where I started with a bad connection as a bonus. I hung up. All I want is to use my online damn account to find some magic number I'm supposed to have to check on the insurance claim I submitted more than 10 days ago that has gone absolutely no where!

I am having a terrible experience with my cell phone service! I cancelled 1 phone number out of 5 a week ago, and ever since I am locked out of my AT&T account online. I have tried to reset the password through the website but that won't work. I tried the 'live chat' option, but the replies were quite slow. Apparently they were helping more than one customer at a time. Anyway, that didn't work either - got a new pass code but I can't log in and just get error messages.
Going into the store, the service they provide way outshines calling AT&T directly. Grant was super helpful when I had issues and made sure to get everything taken care of before I left.
