Great service!! I took my SUV in and had it serviced, when i got it I needed a new intake gasket put in and they alerted me of other problems that they had come across! also sent me pictures via email to save me a trip to the shop! and as a follow up, the fuel regulator went out shortly after and were awesome enough to give me a discount on replacing the part! and with the gas punch card i save 20$ per oil change or 25$ in a repair over 100!!! Great jobs guys! I'll bring all of my vehicles to you and I'll suggest all of my friends to you!
Great customer service. Keith and his staff very helpful with the repairs that had needed to be done. Upfront and honest with pricing and very reasonable quotes and without a pushy sales pitch. Did exactly what needed to be done at the time and what repairs still needed to be done. Keith had also asked if had needed a ride any where as soon as I checked in. That get's an A+ with me! My car broke down on a business trip to Grand Rapids (from Minneapolis), Jack's was able to get a part and get my car ready in under 24 hours. Also drove me and picked me up from hotel. Very nice people. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to publicly say that the Team at BP /Jacks does a great job. As a family of 4 cars, with 2 of them being college beaters, Keith and Mike have been a great asset in keeping them going. I don't feel "up sold" when having them serviced. Everybody wants to say they trust their mechanic and we most certainly do.
