Tracy Zimmerman is a great doctor. I'm very picky. I find her extremely well educated, caring, insightful. Glad she has ventured off to her own office. She was at Northland Counseling. It is my opinion that better care as a whole is done at smaller offices. Seems some of the really good staff at Northland soon leave. Hats off to Tracy.
I REALLY want to leave 5 stars, but I can't. Tracey is 5 stars without a doubt. But I find the "phone service" lacking. One ring and a voicemail? At least at Northland you would be able to speak to someone and make an appointment. Not leave a voice mail, and wait for a return call to schedule an appointment. That is my only complaint. It's a pretty big fail. I suggest possibly hiring 2 people for the phone. Oh and let the phone actually ring. Not ring once and voicemail. It's pretty terrible p.r and customer service.
