Overall, the management is terrible and the staff are very clique-y. A severe lack of professionalism from to to bottom with this entire company. I would never recommend anyone work here.
Also, they employ you as part time with the intention of working you fill time hours all so they don't have to give you insurance.
Worst work enviornment I've ever had. I didn't even make it through the training before I saw so many things wrong with this company, I quit. I'll list a few examples of what I experienced. On my first day, staff was talking with youth about snorting cocaine. And on my second day, a case worker was threatening to take the youths' clothes away while a program coordinator looked on. I wrote the CEO a huge letter stating how disturbed I was about everything going on, and I never was contacted back. I left a few messages and sent a few emails and got nothing. It's been just about a month now, so it's pretty obvious I'm not being contacted back.
