Headed up to Grand Rapids to go see a movie decided on stop at the local Arby's because their food is usually great and their service is usually awesome stopped in at 9 cuz they don't close until 11 stood in line for about 15 minutes to get told they don't have enough roast beef to make to Classic Roast Beef and Cheddars and 1/2 pound what kind of fast food place runs out of roast beef 2 hours before closing on a Saturday night
The guy that took our order at the drive through tonight was fantastic! Polite, energetic, and provided top notch service! Unfortunately we had a short wait for chicken.
Terrible service! Asked for sauce didn't get any! Last time I spend my money on this fast food! Will not be back!
