Being the car place open on the holiday weekend, we found our guy and told him what we were looking for and our budget, and he went back and got the exact right thing and made the payment work. Expect the usual wait and after sell, but we seem to find slightly better cars here.
This Chrysler location was under construction, so we had to leave out of the building and walk all the way around the back to get to the parts and service department which can normally be reached from the in side of the showroom floor.
Had a minor problem today with my Jeep Wrangler 2012. Stopped in at 4:30 which was close to closing at the service counter. He listen to the description of my problem and said let's go out and take a look at it I might have a simple solution. Within five minutes to problem was fixed. If I live closer this would be my number one Chrysler Jeep dealer. We highly recommend anybody using his services in the Grand Rapids area.
We found a van online at Lakewoods. They did a great job from beginning to end. The prices both on the new purchase and trade were fair book values. We will come back here in the future. Their facility is very nice as well.
I bought my car here and love it. The salesman was pushy and somewhat rude and so was the rest of the staff for that matter. Maybe it was my age, I'm young and tend not to be taken seriously. I didn't like their form of dickering. The salesman would say one price and then go check with his team and come back with a completely different price. They did have some great prices and a very good selection to pick from. I can't say not to shop here; although, I'm not sure I'll ever give them my business again.
