The person who did the power spray was the manager (owners son). He, of all people should know how important it is to see that the bugs are removed prior to the washing. Most people in Grand Rapids come here for the "extra effort" put into a wash here. It won't take long, in this small town for the word to "get out" about the sloppy job being done. If it wasn't for the two guys doing the final clean-up, my vehicle would've pretty much looked like it did when I drove up. Thumbs up to those two guys and a thumbs down to the power spraying manager. B. H.
The best carwash in the state. They have a great staff and a Wonderful system that works very well. 5 stars. I went in with millions of bugs came out perfectly clean not one spot on the car.
Wash is always great here. Today it seemed the power spray down was quite quick. After the wash the two fellows drying the car spent more time cleaning the front bumper area than it took for the entire car.
Kind of a sad place being that there is only one employee and most of the Bays are closed. You can barely see the entrance and exit sign but the service and job they performed were outstanding! $14 was there most expensive was and they hand prepped the car, then went through the machine and hand dried! I highly recommend!
