I recently saw reviews from Jessica and Nadine and it doesn't add up. I have got to know manager of the detail shop and that doesn't sound like the guy I know. Think about it, after many years of cleaning cars do you think they are going to scratch a bumper or screw nails into the carpet floor??? Sounds like the customers didn't notice the scratches until the car had a good cleaning, which makes sense to me to notice the imperfections when the car has a nice shine after a detail.
Good carwash but hard to find attendant when needed

Normal do-it-yourself carwash. Attendant was helpful with making change.
The only fully auto wash in the area. Not only do real people pre-scrub the wheels and wheel wells but real people hand dry at the end of the auto wash. Their auto wash is true *full* auto wash. Of course they offer standard wash bays and vacuums. If need be they also offer an experienced detail shop that will clean inside and out in addition to a wash and buff. Very happy customer!

After decades of service to the Grand Rapids community it is nice to see they keep the grounds clean and still offer a hot wash for our cold winters (while others don't bother keeping the water heater warm enough during the winter). If you are a believer of shop local than where better to spend it where the money will stay local ... unlike other corporate owned auto washes.
