The employees seem to think the need to perpetuate the stereotypical notion that DMV employees need to be rude. Congrats, you have succeeded.
They all seem as though they are doing you a favor. Hardee's is hiring, but they wouldn't put up with your attitude.
I had called to find out information about renewing my license out of state but I got provided a number that was disconnected and when I tried calling back the dmv the lady had her number disconnected too.
Privately owned DMV. Your complaints go into the furnace to keep the building heated. Very rude people working there. Use a different one out of city or use the online services.
