I ordered a pair of boots online and received an email confirmation. After a week I still had not received an email with shipping info and tracking number. I emailed customer service and was assured I would receive shipping confirmation within a couple of days. Again, I didn't receive any communication from anyone. At this point ten days had passed since I placed my order and with this being a Christmas gift I was concerned. In my email I even said hey, if you don't have the item, that's fine just refund my money so I can get it somewhere else. After inquiring again I was told that the item was on backorder until January 20. The person was apologetic but admitted they should have checked this a week and a half earlier when I first inquired. They asked if I wanted to wait until the item came in on January 20. I declined and requested a refund. Luckily I was able to get the item on Amazon with two days shipping and get it in time for Christmas although it cost a little more. Next time I will stick with what works. Had I not kept emailing these people I think I would have still been waiting in January on my purchase.

While still a great place to get your fishing and hunting goods it is no longer an Army Surplus outlet. It used to have a great selection of Army goods when I was a kid but that was a long time ago. I wish it still did. Bring back the Army Surplus and I'll give you another star.
