What a great experience, the staff at Ray's Marine was the best anyone could ask for when buying a new boat.
I have to give a 5 star to the group at Ray's. Not only are they always competitive on price but they go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of customers. I had a few glitches from the factory on a new boat and they made sure to take care of me 110%. Dave, Eric, Derick, Rick, etc. thanks again for taking care of your customers and getting things done. The drive is worth it for a quality experience and great customer service!
The best part they had my boat out ASAP after receiving it from Lund....and it came early! So nice to have good down home people with professionalism and great work ethic. Thank you Ray's Sport & Marine! We'll be seeing you again.
No matter where I go, I will be going back to these folks. easily can write about customer service, product, and the business, but they speak for themselves. what is nice- The atmosphere. friendly and personable.
Best service in the Midwest hands down. Ran into some motor troubles during the weekend and called them on Saturday to tell them what was going on. They told me to go ahead and drop it off and they will take a look at it. They called Monday morning and said they are diving into it and later that afternoon they called again to tell me it's ready for pick up. Easily the most friendly and knowledgeable staff around. Helped me on more than one occasion. There was never a issue to big or to small for them. The relationship goes well past a boat sale as they always kept me on the water. They are even pretty good fisherman and not scared to share some fishing tips as well.
Well worth the trip to Grand Rapids. Helpful staff that fish. They asked me questions about the kind of fish targeted and fishing style. Then "guided" me into the perfect rig. My wife and I both love our new Lund. Thanks Andy. See you on the water.
