I stopped in to get my tires looked at because I had a flat. I stopped in without an appointment the day after christmas so I anticipated having to wait a while. When I walked in there were other people there waiting for their vehicles so I checked in and prepared to be there for a bit until a stall opened. The timing worked out pretty well because within half an hour my tire was patched and I was good to go. The staff was helpful, prices were fair, and the work was done efficiently...and I haven’t had any issues with the patched tire.
Acheson has a very friendly and helpful staff. Expect high quality, fair prices, and quick turnaround as long as they're not too busy.
Hands down this is by far the best tire shop in the Grand Rapids area. They always will give you honest quality work at low prices. The owner rolls up his sleeves and digs in to help his employees. The owner even told my mother she did not need to replace her tires when a local dealership told her she did. He could of made several hundred dollars in profit on the spot but chose to be honest as always.
I brought two tires in and was out in less than half an hour. The guys here really know what they are doing and their knowledge and service are top notch. I got two brand new tires at an affordable price that no one else in Grand rapids can beat. Plus the service was highly satisfactory.
