I had great service -- friendly and skilled -- when I needed a quick replacement and accurate aiming of headlights. They got me in immediately and even performed a couple of tweaks I had also needed, such as replacing two missing bolts and replacing my prop rod holder. The labor charge was more than fair. I would definitely return for future repairs.
Terrible, terrible customer service & questionable mechanics !!!!
My nephew brought his car there over a month ago, they repaired the part incorrectly, had to reorder another part that was supposed to be there in a week, ordered ANOTHER wrong part, we waited another MONTH, then finally dropped it off on Monday with the intent to pick it up Thursday after work. He gets there and it's still not done!!!!!! He ended up calling for a ride home, and is completely out a car for the weekend !!!!
When we tried to express our concerns/issues, we were essentially told, "Too Bad."

Buyer Beware...Received a written quote from Maki and after the vehicle was repaired it was 33% higher than quote. I asked about the discrepancy and was told they needed to order an additional part...which they did not bother to call me to get authorization for the additional charge. Either they are really bad at knowing what they will need to repair a vehicle or they quote you low to get you in the door and then add to the bill. This was the second time they have done this to us in the last few months! Guess we should have learned the first time!
I have brought about 4 vehicles there for estimates and was able to get them done right then and there! Brian and Dylan are both great to work with and had my vehicle back to me within the week! Absolutely recommended going there.
