I've taken my car to Automotive Electric three times now and have had 3 very positive experiences. In my most recent experience yesterday, I didn't end up spending any money there at all. I called on a busy Monday morning with a question about my car. Mike encouraged me to bring it in, so they could drive it and check it out. A different guy (name?) helped me right away, diagnosed the problem, and priced it for me. I'm presently in a pinch for money and they were happy to talk me through the different options based on my budget. I ended up fixing it at home and spending a lot less $$ over all (because I only fixed part of the problem). Based on this experience, as well as past experiences where they've done great work, quickly, for fair prices, I will try to only take my car to them. I didn't spend money there this week, but they've made a loyal customer of me! :)
