Buyer beware- Worst management ever! One star is too much, but obviously the lowest choice I have. Poor management makes this place the poster child for what is wrong at dealerships. I now only buy from them for pure convenience and when I don't have time to go somewhere else. I limit my business with them mainly due to the poor attitude of the owner and general manager. Both are very unprofessional. Have witnessed them treat the employees and customers with outright disrespect. They seem to think they're entitled to your business. The service shop has a couple good technicians but the shop foreman is a joke and an absolute jerk - not at all capable or professional at all. If possible ask for the head technician to work on your stuff. He is the best. The woman at the service desk is easy on the eyes, but doesn't really know anything. Obviously she is just a pawn and the foreman hides in the back so not to have to deal with the public. The sales guys are pretty good, but you can tell they are poorly managed and lack the support they need. The setup technicians are pretty rough. So if you're gonna buy something from them remember that and inspect what you buy. Have heard many horrible stories from other customers. I suggest you go elsewhere, but if you feel the need to spend your hard earned money there make sure it's worth it.

I've tried giving them business numerous times because they are local, but each time I'm reminded why I drive right by and another hour and half to buy my sleds and parts. I'll leave it at that.
Buy a Defender and get it from these guys! I dealt with Justin and Joe both were very helpful and knew the rig and what it should have on it based on me telling them what I was going to be using it for. This is our 2nd purchase from them and we will be back. I did some checking around on price and Rays was the cheapest. So...buy with confidence these guys will take care of your needs. as far as service I've only used them for the annual service required. Knock on wood i've never needed to get a repair done on any of my can ams. They are worth the little extra $$ up front.
