Amazing staff and great prices.
I found Jim's to be the most appropriate place to take a car. I had troubles with a battery and brought it to one place who said I needed a new battery but didn't have the funds and the owner of Jim's came out looked and brushed off the cables and tightened everything snug and was out the door. NO CHARGE! I now bring it there over any place in Grand Rapids. Great Customer Service!
Quite simply, the best in town, and in my experience the best that Northern Minnesota has to offer. If I was within driving distance of this shop and needing repairs, I would trust no one else except for the folks at Jim's Auto Repair. Bruce Danielson and his crew are top notch.
