Had alignment done after another tires plus messed up on the alignment be careful alot of the tires plus are privantly owned and won't back each other's work, however this place did for us
We made an appointment for Friday at 10:00 am for a tire alignment, and Tires Plus staff told us it would take less then 1 hour. We planned our day and other appointments according to this understanding. However, it took them over 3 hours to do it! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and report my experience promptly. We all sat in the lobby looking at pictures of the owners world travels and her dog, while she chatted on the phone. It seemed her phone call was more important than all the customers waiting hours in the lobby for their cars to finish. The lack of customer service, and the owners lack of concern was met with my dissatisfaction. So, I was very upset, and waited for her to tell her off. I waited and waited as she tried to stay on the phone as long as she could ignoring me, and the other customers. I am sure she probably hoped I would go away but I didn't. She stayed on the phone for 45 MIN avoiding me!!! When I did talk to her she was giving dirty looks, and did not give a s**t at all about the customers waiting hours for their vehicles to be done! The staff at the front desk discussed personal issues and domestic abuse while we all listened and waited, and they worked slowly and seemed to care nothing about how this impacted our day. In my opinion, the owner should spend less time putting her vacation pictures on the walls, and put that time into managing her staff and mechanics so that tires plus can meet the needs of the customers as promised, and in a timely manner. The unprofessionalism, and inability to meet scheduled deadlines for service, and poor customer service made it clear that this business is not run efficiently. I will never step foot in Tires Plus again! I know this is a franchise but perhaps I can find a cooperate center or base that I can report my concerns too. This experience was totally upsetting and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. In fact, when telling my experience to others I found I was not alone. Many individuals in our community have had similar experiences, and I will find a way to report this until I am given a refund and a formal apology from a corporate head of operations, I will not stop until action is taken to make sure this wont happen to anyone again.

Less than a year ago I moved to a remote location in the north woods and had some work done at a dealer in Minneapolis while I was in the cities on business, after getting the vehicle back home it had numerous issues and towing it back to Minneapolis was not an option. Everywhere I called in the area didn't want to or didn't know how to work on the vehicle in question. After talking to Dianne at tires plus, she didn't hesitate to take care of the issues for me and even agreed to have someone come pick up the vehicle over an 1.5 hours away down an extremely rough private dirt/gravel road with a 30º incline. I have to say they have provided exceptional service and support. I've since brought several vehicles to them for general service. They have always been friendly and professional.
I started going to Tires Plus when I first started driving, the location was perfect and I was always in and out of there quickly. Years and several vehicles later I can say I've been a customer for half my life. I'm glad that I went to their website, they are offering a coupon for FREE pickup and delivery within 20 miles of Grand Rapids along with several other money saving coupons that I will definitely take advantage of!!
