We were on a family trip to Duluth when dad's pickup suddenly had an oil issue. We tried a few places before going to Valvoline. They provided wonderful service! Staff went above and beyond to serve us. They were tremendous - very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
It seems to be ran by a bunch of no it all kids who are on there phones and standing around told me my vehicle needed synthetic when in my manual it states 10w30 or 10w20 and in bold DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF SYNTHETIC OILS ...... also said my oil pan was leaking near the gasket and it should be replaced immediately blah blah blah moral of the story they haven't seen my service on any of my vehicles since then I'll gladly go elsewhere
When I first moved here back in 2011 I had always gone to valvoline were I was from and never had a Issue so I presumed that would be the case by staying with the company for my car needs
good customer service. as soon as I pulled up on the lot I was greeted instantly. the helped me decide on the oil to pick for my vehicle. I had a light out witch the helped me fix. as far as customers service they we all very nice.
Really great place! Fast service! They were all really nice and made it a cool learning experience as well! :) High price range but really great service that made it worth it. I got an oil change here. Took maybe 15 minutes :)
